Its a matter of feeling productive and working on YOUR priorities...cos as your boss said...everyone is DISPENSABLE....you may do well if you work for the COMPANY's priorities but only to a level... My attitude is always a NO COMPROMISE on my priorities....which usually revolve around my family...work is work...and thats that... I am not promoting inefficient work...just that work shouldnt govern your life...EVER... Briefly said...never be afraid of a SWITCH...sometimes IT IS the best thing to do...for your personal growth as well... Switching jobs eh?
