the art of living - first impressions

So i joined up the art of living course finally. A friend had done it sometime back and was all in praise for it, so when i happened upon a rs. 1000 for six days course.. i naturally jumped at the chance.

And boy am i glad i did! Unfortunately, i wont be able to tell all about what goes on in the workshop, since they’ve got a non-disclosure agreement with the participants, it was actually the reason behind the agreement which got me. Let the others come in with the same sense of wonder and surprise as you did.

I realized a lot of things about myself today. I’m shy in new company (who knew :S), especially of the female vareity.. My success factors for life revolve around three areas. And i can perform past physical pain if motivated enough.

Quite a bit of revelations for the first day, more to come later.. its going to be on for another 5 days :S

Btw.. incase anyone missed, another session of the Art of Living will be conducted from the 18th March, so u can register for that.

    umarah: no, you have to be there to do it. but the art of living foundation does courses worldwide, even in germany. check out their website on courses in germany here.

    where is this course being held? and the upcoming course will also be rs 1000?

    kanwal: the course is at IVSS, i believe you’re familiar with it :p and yes, i believe the upcoming will be of Rs. 1000 as well.

    tanzila: upcoming walay mein ajao? 18th march.

    interesting - do they have it in lhr as well?? and what kind of ppl join? hhhmm…..i might just make a catch there! who knows! :P
